              I don't have any Intel WiFi devices so I'm unable to provide a procedure I know works.

              http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,13427.0.html

              @technical:

              I read the link and it is not solution for my problems anythink in in your link

              The link provided what seemed to be a necessary condition for loading the firmware (acceptance of the licence). I din't intend to claim that would be sufficient!

              @technical:

              added loader.conf

              You should add to /boot/loader.conf.local since that file survives firmware upgrades.

              @technical:

              if_iwi_load="YES"
              wlan_load="YES"
              firmware_load="YES"

              These appear unnecessary since they are apparently already in the kernel.

              @technical:

              iwi_bss_load="YES"
              iwi_ibss_load="YES"
              iwi_monitor_load="YES"

              I don't know the kernel build options so can't readily say if the corresponding modules are already in the kernel (in which case these lines would not be necessary) or if they are supposed to dynamically loaded as kernel modules (such a load would fail on my recent 2.0.1 install since the corresponding kernel modules (iwi_bss.ko, iwi_ibss.ko and iwi_monitor.ko) are not present in the file system).

              @technical:

              legal.intel_iwi.license_ack=1

              The man page I linked to says this is necessary.

              @technical:

              legal.intel_ipw.license_ack=1
              legal.intel_wpi.license_ack=1

              These appear unnecessary unless you are also using other Intel WiFi devices.

                *.ko files download link broken.

                @wallabybob

                legal.intel_ipw.license_ack=1
                legal.intel_wpi.license_ack=1

                i ll added because system reports give the errors.

                how to find iwi_bss.ko, iwi_ibss.ko and iwi_monitor.ko files or how to install new firmware ?
