      Pfsense computer has 2 interfaces:
      WAN => bfe0
      LAN => rum0

      LAN also has the IP set, DHCP enabled, etc.

      But how do I actually connect, to configure the wifi network, because I don't see any open wifi network or anything?!?!?!?!

      Device info in pfsense (as far as I can tell from that DOS interface):

      rum0: <ralink 0="" 2="" 802.11="" bg="" wlan,="" class="" 0,="" rev="" 2.0..="" 0.01,="" addr="">on subus3
      rum0: MAC/BBP RT2573 (rev 0x2673a), RF RT2528</ralink>

        You will probably have to go into your pfSense box through the WAN interface so you can configure the WiFi parameters on the LAN interface and (possibly) configure a static IP address on the WAN interface and configure a compatible IP address (on the same subnet as the WAN interface.
