      Hi all

      After pfsense Bootup complete, this message appears:
      FreeBSD/i386 (pfsense.localdomain)  (ttyv0)
      in the pfsense src, i couldn't find this message. :(
      Where is this printed?
      I don't want to see this information on the screen.

      thanks in advance

        In /etc/gettytab that is set in the im= parameter:

        default:
                ::cb:ce:ck:lc:fd#1000:im=\r\n**%s/%m (%h) (%t)**\r\n\r\n:sp#1200:
                :if=/etc/issue:

        You can change that if you really want, but the usual disclaimer applies about it not surviving updates, you can break your system, yadda yadda yadda…
