      Dear All,

I've googled and searched the forums but I steel have doubts on what to do.

We've 2 Sony PCS-G50 Video Conference equipments and today I've also tested a Cisco EX60. When we try to connect to a remote IP (internet) for VC we can establish a connection, the other people can see and listen us but we can't receive audio and video.

Somehow this seems to be a NAT and UDP problem but I'm really not sure.

Has anyone ever had this need and had the same problem?

All the help will be much appreciated as I've successfully in the past replaced (and convinced my boss that it would be better and free) our Cisco and I wouldn't like to go back. We've 2 pfSense for distinguished internet access and both behave the same way.

After reading a sticky post for PS3 regarding uPNP it says that one should choose "Manual Outbound NAT…" and static port. On one of my pfSense boxes I've "Manual Outbound NAT..." but without "Static Port". Can this be the issue?

      Thanks in advance.

      Regards,

      Joao Alexandre
