L2TP over IPsec

Hallo,
iam testing Pfsense 2.0.1 and want a VPN via L2TP over IPsec. I have set it like this http://dekapitein.vorkbaard.nl/tech-1/how-to-set-up-ipsec-tunneling-in-pfsense-2-0-release-for-road-warriors.And Enable the L2TP, add User, add a Pre-Shared-Key and allow all Ports on the Firewall. But this doesnt work =/I use a Windows 7 Client, whitout any other Software just Windows 7 intigradet Software.
I search in Google for days and i cant find any tutorial.
Any Ideas?
