I have problems with my pfSense 1.2 BETA-1 (also had with 1.0.1)
Some times my pfSense reboots automatically? I have no idea why it does?
could it be that too many States do kill the pfSense?
I think every time when the pfSense has more than 5k States the reboots ocure but I'm not sure if that is the activator of the problem/reboot.
Has anybody an idea what the problem could be or can helb me?

I use the pfSense as an Internet-Gateway in a studenthouse witz about 100 Clients and 15Mbit internetconnection.
I use the DHCP-Server, Trafficshaping and 1:1 NAT

      best regards,
      Crusty

Kernel panic.  Most likely hardware somewhere.

        We suggest using Intel Nics.

          thanks for the fast reply!
tomorrow or friday I get a new machine (http://geizhals.at/a243705.html) and hope that that will solve the problem.
otherwise I will try Intel NIC's.

          best regards,
