When the WAN (PPPoE) interface is restarted by custom periodic reset or when WAN IP renewed, the tftpd and tftp-proxy (inetd?) services dies.

Starting manually tftpd service in "Status -> Services" doesn't work.
The only way to restart service again is by clicking on "Save" in "Services -> TFTP" properties page.

I have already submitted a bug report (#2398) about this issue.
      http://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/2398

      tftpd assigned on LAN interface.
      tftp-proxy not used at all.
      Manual NAT outbound used.
      Same problem with 3 pfSense 2.0.1 i386 running on net5501-60 & 70.
