Just a revisit to anyone who is experiencing problems installing  PF Sense from live cd with this board.

You can successfully install without having to create a usb boot stick or connecting a sata cd/dvd rom drive.

To do this, enter the bios and set the following:

USB set it to full speed mode not hi speed

USB Emulation set it to CD Rom and not Auto
