I noticed that when I disable a Port Forwarding entry (checking the checkbox "Disabled" at the top) in the webGUI, it doesn't also disable the associated firewall filter rule.

That would be a good idea. Even though the port forward is disabled and there is not really a way for the traffic to get there anyway, it would make it more consistent.

        Any thoughts about this?

Last time I noticed this particular behavior was just a few days ago, on 2.1-DEVEL.
