New pfsense, old config, no traffic to static IPs

I built a new pfsense box last week, downloaded my old config file and then uploaded it to the new box.  I then reassign the NICs and plug in the cables and the new box takes over.  EXCEPT, my computer, in the office, has a static ip on WAN 2 and will not surf.  I can ping names and numbers but not surf.  If I disable the NAT rule, the all access rule and the static on the MAC, I get a DHCP address and all is good.  I need to test WAN 1 to see if the same thing happens.  The old box is running 2.0 RC3 and the new box is running Release 2.0.1.  Any ideas?
