      This happens a couple of times a day.
      I have switched harddrive and reainstalled pfsense but not rewritten configfile only restored.

        that's the kind of error I would expect to see with a full or dead hdd.

        Are you sure the 'new' HDD was good? was it freshly wiped and reinstalled?

          Yes, i used your quicksetup. Tonight it happend again but i didnt restart and sleept instead (got two pfsense for critical services).
          Now when i have tought of restart PfS it had restarted self and all failuremessages is gone, is this possible, can pfsene self take care of bad situation?

            It depends on what is wrong, though from the errors you posted that doesn't sound like something that would normally resolve itself, even after a reboot.
