Router lose wan and print text in dashboard

This happens a couple of times a day.
I have switched harddrive and reainstalled pfsense but not rewritten configfile only restored.

You are on the latest version -
that's the kind of error I would expect to see with a full or dead hdd.
Are you sure the 'new' HDD was good? was it freshly wiped and reinstalled?

Yes, i used your quicksetup. Tonight it happend again but i didnt restart and sleept instead (got two pfsense for critical services).
Now when i have tought of restart PfS it had restarted self and all failuremessages is gone, is this possible, can pfsene self take care of bad situation? -
It depends on what is wrong, though from the errors you posted that doesn't sound like something that would normally resolve itself, even after a reboot.
