Rule toggle

I was looking and did not see a way to toggle rules on and off. I like to open ports from time to time but dont have a set schedual or patter. When I have to open these ports its about 20 of them and each time I have to recreate the rules. Is there a way to toggle my rules on and off as needed? Something like a enable box on the side of teh rule.
