Read only system issues

I have x550e and I had installed 2.1 and web interface is really slow and  some packages don't start because system is read only. Remounting rw  using /etc/rc.conf_mount_rw restores correct speed and allows service to start. I guess we need boot system rw and once is finished remount it read only or change cf layout
