Upgraded to this version via Web Configurator. re0 (LAN) was then no longer working (no ping, etc) From console showed as "UP" but when attempting to "down" and then "up" got console error message about no media.
NIC is an ExpressCard 34 in a Toshiba Tecra M3 laptop, connected to a GbE switch (GbE FDX),dmesg section:

Restored previous full backup, all copacetic again.

what was the previous working version? Unless it's so old it predates the switch to FreeBSD 8.3, drivers haven't changed since then.

Running the immediately previous build: "Current version: 2.1-BETA0 Built On: Sun Jun 10 12:16:05 EDT 2012". I thought I had implied that, sorry.
I see Monday's first build is up, so about to try that.
