    Package REinstallation fails for everything…

      Since the latest build (installed and gitsynced a few hours ago), re-installing packages fails.

      Typically looks like the attached screen shot.

      The system recognizes the packages as deinstalled, rather than reinstalled at the end, and one can manually install them again from the available packages page.

      This process can be repeated as often as one wishes, i.e. a manual remove, install cycle doesn't fix this.

        There were some commits to the reinstall process today, I just reverted them to be safe. Gitsync and try again.

          A random test with one package seems to indicate that it works again…

          ...of course, what did the commits try to fix?

            When you click 'reinstall package' it didn't actually reinstall the binaries, the commits were trying to fix that. Apparently it missed a case or two, I guess, not sure 100%. Wasn't my code and when this came up I didn't have time to debug it so I just reverted it to make things stable again.
