I have 367 kbps up and 1.5 down I set my voip traffic as number one priority.  I set it to get 256kbps dedicated I think.
    Here is the error message
There were error(s) loading the rules: pfctl: real-time sc exceeds 80% of the interface bandwidth (293.60Kb)/tmp/rules.debug:28: errors in queue definition pfctl: Syntax error in config file: pf rules not loaded - The line in question reads [ real-time sc exceeds 80% of the interface bandwidth (293.60Kb) /tmp/rules.debug]: …

So according to my calculation 256 is below the 80% limit.  367/80% = 293

Or am I misunderstandig this error message?

    I am running 1.2BETA1 on x86

    thanks

    PFS 2.0 ALPHA-ALPHA on x86 :FreeSWITCH

Your calculations are right.  Do you have bandwidth dedicated in other locations as well?  I think this could be a cumulative number.  I bet your ack queue is fairly large as well.  I do know for a fact that if your queues with dedicated bandwidth add up to more than 100% (in your case the 368), that is trouble.  Hope that helps.
