WOL on Dashboard, Permission to use WOL Button and not more

Hello,

i add the WOL widgets to the dashboard. And create a user group they can only watch the dashboard.

With this privileg this group could not start with the WOL button a remote pc. If i change the privilege that they can use the WOL function, they also can delete and add new pc to the list. Is it possible to give a privilige that this group can use the existing buttons, but nor add or remove one?
