PfSense as an independent Load Balancer

Hi

I'm trying to figure out whether it's possible to make a pfsense able to function as an independent load balancer.

I want to seperate my load balancing from my primary firewall. I've attached a network diagram that kinda explains what i'm trying to say.

I wan't to nat port 80 to my LB virtual ip of 192.168.1.101 and then the LB pfsense directs the request to the proper webserver.

Is it possible? And if so, how do I do it?  :)

If you're wondering why i want to seperate the load balancing into an independent box the answer is that i'm doing all this with virtual machines, and i want the ability to move my appliances to faster hardware if this is going to be necessary in the future.
