Google Nexus 7

No the Prime isn't too big at all for me. I have it in a nice leather folio/flip case which makes it even easier for me to handle. It's light enough that it's not cumbersome in the least.

That's no help just makes it more difficult to decide. ;)

Wait for the Prime Infinity and get that!

I second that. I was going to get the Prime a couple of months ago then learn about Infinity.. Was sold, just hate waiting…lol

But… that involves waiting. ;)
And spending, a lot, more.Steve

Well there's your deciding factors:
If you want it now or want it cheap, and can deal with the smaller screen – go Nexus 7
If you don't mind to wait and want a bigger screen for more money, and an optional keyboard dock, go for Prime Infinity
If you want it now you can still opt for the Prime, 300, or the older Transformer or Slider (which can often be found for cheap, the original transformer even has ICS now) -
I've pre-ordered it because, for the main use I have for tablets, the 7" screen and smaller form factor is ideal. For me it'll mostly be as an eBook reader and for watching movies on the bus/train/plane etc. I already have a 10" netbook through, if I didn't have one I might have had a harder time deciding.

So I ended up pulling the trigger on a Nexus 7 and it should have arrived yesterday. However it didn't. It seems the UK courier company, having attempted to deliver it to me last week, have instead returned it to Google…. in Kentucky! >:(

Edit: Looks like I'm not the only one.
