      Hi,

      I am a newbie in pfsense… want to evaluate the possibilities of using pfsense box with my current network setup...

      This is my current network setup... and want to use pfsense box instead of expensive cisco routers... is it possible?

      ISP Gateway (x.x.x.217/30)----->>>> [(x.x.x.218/30) [CISCO 1900] (x.x.y.89/29)–---->>>[(x.x.y.90/29)Linux Firewall Box(DHCP-192.168.0.1)------>>>SWITCH---->>> LAN (192.168.0.2 - 192.168.0.250)

      In this setup, the external ip shows by "whatismyip.com" is x.x.y.90

      Now, I want to replace the expensive CISCO Router with pfsense.... so that the external ip address shown by "whatismyip.com" remains same...*** it is very very important ***

      could someone please help...

      NB: all x.x.x.x and x.x.y.y are public ip

      Biswajit
