      Hi everyone,

      I am very pleasure with pfSense but I need to know if it possible to install media server like as Asus RT-N56U came with media server.

      Also I dont really sure which start off with Samba or other else but that one I need is media server and file sharing (with FTP) so my family can access it to watch the movie, listen music, and photos folders.

      PC Specs:

      Emachine T6520

      2.4 GHz AMD Athlon 64 3400+
      1.2GB RAM
      250GB IDE HDD
      3x Realteks gigabit and one built in 10/100

        If you use search, you'll find some answers. but here is shorten outcome: use separate boxes as best security practices says so. Look freenas if you like mediaserver
