I've not seen those specific errors but do see 500 internal and other errors on various pages when running with 144 MB memory or less. Bumping it up to 256 MB does fine. (MS Virtual PC 2007)

Seems like the web server is unable to keep everything it needs in memory.

Are you running in a VM?
How much memory?

I have 2 Gb of memory on a Atom 330 (dual core) processor. Not a virtual machine.
so, should be plenty of memory…

2- when loading this page interfaces_ppps_edit.php?id=0, the webinterface does not respond anymore (PHP crash?).
anyone else seeing this same error?

Certain models of 3G modems have been known to hang up on the serial port probe that page does. It's a known issue, and I think it's already got a ticket.

UPnP is fixed in current builds.

I indeed use a 3G modem (Huawei K4505). I will watch the tickets for future updates on that issue.

The PPPs edit bug still exists. I just installed the Aug27th build, and also updated to Aug31st build, and in both, the bug still exists.

I can change my WAN interface to use PPPoE, but the moment I try to go into the advanced settings, or view the PPPs (under interfaces, assign) to edit or create new, the web interface hangs.

I've gone in over an ssh session and tried restarting the web interface, but it doesn't restart. The only way I've gotten back into the web interface is to reboot the system.

Just found the ppp hang bug is already listed here (http://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/2441). Opening a ssh/console shell and doing a "killall php" does get the page to load so you can edit it.

Try to delete and recreate PPPs.

Note that the console menu has an option "111" that is not displayed. That makes more effort of stopping and restarting stuff related to the WebGUI. If 11 doesn't do the job from the console menu, then try 111.

the pf2.1 20121018 version still not fix this issues.

killall php command work can reload web gui, but it is still can't got to interfaces_ppps_edit.php.

Note that from 5 Dec 2012, console menu option 11 does the same thing as option 111.
