      Hi,

I seem to have a huge cache.log file (~25GB). And I don't know how to reduce it.  The actual cache directory is not that full, I just have a huge log.  Any ideas?

While your post for what ever reason does not seem right (evil)

        Remove the file. is safe.

Thank you.  Before I deleted it I wanted to make sure.

Should I shut down the squid service first? or it does not matter?

Also configure log rotation on squid config
