Is only me or ntop doesn't appear anymore in the Package Manager as a possible installable package?

If you are on NanoBSD, it was removed on purpose. It wasn't intended to run on NanoBSD, it requires a full install.

You are right, I have NanoBSD installed, just by curiosity what are the differences between NanoBSD and the full installation aside from missing packages.
