      CAN ANY ONE CAN HELP ME .I WANT TO BLOCK AN IP IN LAN AND ALSO WANT TO SHAPE TRAFFIC IN LAN.

        First thing, rules are first matching with a default deny that you cannot see. So if you want to block one IP in the LAN, but a block rule with that IP in the source above the default allow rule. This will go in the LAN tab on the firewall.

        As far as shaping, you just need to run the shaping wizard to start with, then you can tweak the floating rules as necessary.

            If you have just blocked it, then you also need to clear the state table so there are no states allowing the traffic. Also set the advanced option on the block rule to keep no states.
