I only see this with Firefox 2.0, not IE 7.  However, in all the themes the host box has a yellow background, with white text:

This makes it rather challenging to read what I'm typing :)

If it makes any difference, I'm running 1.2-BETA-1-TESTING-SNAPSHOT-05-27-2007.

The Google toolbar does that with its autofill. We can't control your Google toolbar.

          Fortunately I don't expect you to ;)

Thanks.  I'll try disabling the autofill and see if that fixes the problem.

Yeah, disabling autofill stops that from happening, I keep it disabled for that reason. I think you can just disable the field color change to yellow, and still leave autofill enabled if you want to use it.

Yup, there is an option to just disable the field colour change.  However as I don't use the Autofill feature, I've just disabled it, putting the colours back the way they should be.
