I get the error when I try to view SARG reports

Error: Could not find report index file.
Check sarg settings and try to force sarg schedule.

This is the same after getting rid of the error

      Input log not found /var/log/squid/access.log

Squid writes to /var/squid/logs/access.log so I changed to that in sarg.conf

I can see /var/www/html/squid-reports/index.html has been generated by```
      sarg -x

I have set the schedule an forced an update.

      This is driving me nuts!

      Any help please?
