Saw Buechler was searching a web developer….maybe it would be good to work the GUI over so it presents itself in a more modern way?
-
Yes, if we can ever find someone. I don't know about working the entire GUI over, but there are quite a few things that need fixing.
-
Can he work remotely and not be located in the US??
-
Straying pretty far from the topic of this thread, but no it must be someone in Austin, TX, USA.

I will see if I can source a guy through my network…
Link to job description?

Another bug was uncovered that necessitates a new image. If someone can suggest/prove a quick fix for the font issue in the next hour or so, it might make it in.
-
In case nobody noticed over the weekend, another new set of images is up, hopefully the final ones…

Noticed and installed without problems on my Alix after I decided to revert back to 2.0 from 2.1 (CF slow write issue was killing me).

looking forward to the official release :)

Reinstalled the new image on the previously updated VirtualBox VM - no problems so far.

Could you please give some details about the latest fixed bug.

Upgraded 32bit Nano smoothly. :)
Impressive list of fixes/additions. Thanks to everyone involved. The only thing I would say is that although everything went smoothly the 'reloading packages in the background' message displayed for what seemed like an age and it didn't go away by itself. I had no idea how long it might take, though I'm sure I could have manually installed the three packages I had far quicker, so I just waited. Eventually I refreshed the page and it had gone. More an observation than anything else.
