During a routine check I found that safesearch doesn't work reliably. Maybe 1 out of 10 requests activate safesearch. 3 months ago this did not happen (at least I didn't see it). Since the squid and squidGuard packages have not changed since then, I am wondering whether the current behavior is due to browser changes. Did anybody experience the same thing?

When looking at the system log, the only message that seems to relate to the problem is

The url_rewriter helpers are crashing too rapidly, need help!
