I know this is not a serious issue, but it had been bugging me for quite some time.

During installation, I select my preferred keyboard layout. But once pfsense is installed, as I log into the system through vga console, it defaults to US!

I have not tried setting any other option like vga, so not sure if those are also ignored or not. But the keyboard thing is a little annoying. Given that most of the time I am logging in via ssh which works ok, I am not very much disturbed with this minor issue. But pfsense is such a brilliant piece of work (bravo to the pfsense developers and the testers' teams), such minor issues make it look silly to certain admin people when demonstrating the power of it.

Any particular reason why that part of the installation does not work?

      Thanks
