I have pfsense 2.0.1 HFSC traffic shaping working correctly.  However I've noticed that uTorrent traffic isn't going to the qP2P low priority queue as it once had.  Instead it is going into my WAN-Default and LAN-Default queues.

I've have setup uTorrent with a custom port and forwarded it to my LAN PC appropriately.  In addition, I've made the LAN IP of my torrent box exempt from Squid proxy server so that utorrent traffic bypasses squid.

In the past, I've had my torrent traffic go to the qP2P queue but am not sure why that's no longer happening.  Has anyone found a way to do this without Layer7?  I wasn't sure whether it was possible to use HFSC for everything else and Layer7 for only torrent traffic?

Anyway – my DNS traffic has highest priority followed by DEFAULT.  Then usenet, crashplan backup and P2P are supposed to have lowest priority respectively.  Somehow utorrent consistently gets incorrectly routed into the default queue.

Would prefer to avoid renaming my default queue and re-classifying my traffic into higher priority queues if at all possible.

Thanks so much for any insight anyone can provide. Or methods they've used to overcome this same issue.
