    Hello everyone,

I never before post question here so please turn your attention to me if I'm in wrong topics.

    Now question :),

I'm using squid with transparent proxy and blocked facebook.com and m.facebook.com but have problem with facebook application for android.

If squid doesn't have possibility, what is the name of package who have that options?

    Thanks

I believe the mobile app defaults to using HTTPS, so a transparent proxy wouldn't be capable of catching it.

There are dozens if not hundreds of threads on blocking facebook and https here on the forum. If you search, you'll surely find some of them. I mentioned it because you probably didn't find much by searching for it by searching for the app, but if you focus on facebook and https then you'll find a ton of good info here.

I managed to solve the problem with Aliases (CIDR) and firewall rules also with enabled transparent proxy in squid.
