      HI,
      I'm a beginner, my pfsense is "2.0.1-RELEASE (i386)
built on Mon Dec 12 17:53:52 EST 2011
      FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE-p6 "

My WAN link is dedicated 1/1 Mbps.

      WAN RDD graphs shows:
      when TRAFFIC about  1.0 M –-        QUALITY 2.0/3.0/4.0/5.0 K
      when TRAFFIC > 0.5k and < 0.8 M --- QUALITY 0.3/1.0 K

      Web, e-mail,...(Internet)  are extremely slow.

My ISP provider told me I need limit my bandwidth to use only 1Mbps, because my LAN is trying to use more than 1 Mbps.

LAN RDD graphs shows always TRAFFIC <= 1.0 M

I believe the link has bad quality and ISP provider has to improve it.

Do I need do this limit? How to do this?

      Thanks.

      Sorry my poor english.

What do your traffic and quality RRD graphs look like? That'll tell the story on whether it's that you're just exhausting your bandwidth, or if it's a connection problem of some sort.
