Captive Portal não mostra tela de autenticação

Boa noite.
Galéra, vejam se podem me ajudar.
Minha rede está configurada, da seguinte forma;
IP fixo WAN : 200.xxx.xxx.xxx
GW WAN : 200.xxx.xxx.xxxConsigo acessar externamente na boa o servidor,
Navegação interna na boa, dhcp, ok, tudo certo
Não instalei o pacote do Squid ainda, pois já formatei o equipamento só pra testarQuando ativo o serviço do Captive portal, a primeira vez que utilizo o browser, pede login e senha ( estou usando usuario local ), tranquilo, se reinicio o equipamento, o serviço do captive portal, não pede mais login e senha e da erro de localização do site.
Se desabilito o serviço, funciona de boa, no log do sistema, mostra que o serviço foi reiniciado e não funcionada.
Ja verifiquei tudo, configurei (LAN/WAN) só LAN ou WAN no captive portal e nada, não funciona o serviço.
Porém em uma outra rede que não temos IP fixo o serviço funciona e é o mesmo CD de instalação, versão e funciona.
Alguém teria uma idéia do possa ser. -
veja se com o serviço habilitado você consegue listar as regras do ipfw(ipfw show).
Veja também durante o boot da máquina se aparece alguma mensagem de erro.

Veja também durante o boot da máquina se aparece alguma mensagem de erro.

Galéra, quem puder ajudar, o marcelloc, deu umas pistas mas ainda, não obtive resultado positivo.
Seguinte, no pfsense, estou utilizando o captive portal para autenticação,
Fiz a liberação das portas, que realmente utilizarei, (Firewall > Rulles > Lan), até ai, navegação perfeitas.
Habilito o Captive Portal, ativo as interfaces (Lan/Wan), utilizo a autenticação por usuário, salvo, dai já não funciona, quando acesso o browser, não mostra a tela de autenticação do captive portal.
Verifiquei que na tela do sistema mostra essas mensagens:load_dn_sched dn_sched FIFO loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched QFQ loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched RR loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched WF2Q+ loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched PRIO loadedQuano desabilito o Serviço do captive Portal, mostra essa informação na tela:

Já não sei mais o que fazer, o squid está configurado corretamente, por qualquer dúvida, porém, não sei onde mais configurar.
Já habilitei somente as portas necessárias e mesmo assim, não consigo utilizar o serviço.
Se alguém, puder dar uma dica, já ajuda bastante.
