Under NAT > Port Forward I need to specify a range of IP's in the Source Address field (eg. x.x.x.100 to x.x.x.200) however it won't let me.  I have a old Linksys router running Tomato that could do ranges like (x.x.x.100 - x.x.x.200). Are aliases the only way with pfSense? Thanks.

        Try this way

Create a Alias (network Type) with your desired IPs range (x.x.x.100-x.x.x.200)

Use that Alias as SRC in your Rule
