I was just looking over some of the RDP graphs, some of our vpn clients are complaining about getting disconnected (i don't have any trouble).

The Quality graph shows massive packet loss for months on end for the last year and change. I found one post that suggested that the states could be over the 10k limit, but comparing the same timeline to the states graph, it looks within reason. The vpn access for some people is the only indicator of problem, otherwise internet access is working normally.

Just wondering what's causing this massive dropped package reporting on the graphs.
