Pfsense as router only with VLANS

Is it possible to use Pfsense as router only that works as IPS (snort) and antivirus proxy (HAVP) connecting to switches with different vlans.
The setup I want to do would be switches (Vlans 10,20,30,40,50) –---- Pfsense ------- Netscreen FW (doing routing between VLANs) ----- Internet.
The reason I do not want Pfsense to do vlan routing is that it has only two NICs.
My concern is that if Pfsense would just pass vlans tags to the netscreen FW or not. ???
