      In Firewall Rules a rule can be enabled / disabled by clicking on the X icon.
      How about enabling / disabling a rules logging by clicking on the ! icon?

      How about enabling / disabling multiple rules and/or rule logging by selecting checkboxes and then clicking the desired icon in the legend at bottom of page?
