Weird VOIP Issue

First off I searched and most people have issues with VoIP phones not getting incoming calls.

The phones receive incoming calls no problem and will dial out for about 10-15 min then after that you dial out and nothing happens…Reboot the phone and your good for another 15...Phones will still get incoming calls.

I have out bound NAT turned on.
