How to bypass perticular website in PFSENSE

Dear experts,
I want to bypass perticular website called mahavat.gov.in, which is an indian website to search company address of specific TIN no. of any company.
But when the users is going via PFSENSE with no blocking (Full Rights, with no restriction), then to we are not able to view the company address.
But if I remove that users from proxy, then users is able to view it properly.
So is there any way that I can bypass the website from filtering via PFSENSE. Or any other solution regarding that website.Thanks

I am using browser proxy server. In my issue i used uncheck the proxy option of my browser

I am using browser proxy server.
Create an exception rule for this site on your browser configuration and add a rule on lan(using alias to include site name) to allow traffic without proxy to it.
