      Hello!

I run PF Sense with Squid in a small office.  It has ran fine for a few months, however, today I started to get the following error when accessing random sites.  Refreshing the page a few times seems to fix the problem.

      ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.url.com
      The following error was encountered:
      Read Error
      The system returned:
          (54) Connection reset by peer
An error condition occurred while reading data from the network. Please retry your request.
      Your cache administrator is admin@domain.com.

Any suggestions for fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

      Thank You!

What squid version are you using?

On squid3, try to check dnsv4first option.
