Need Help Please

I already have my pfsense installed and running. I've been using it in our medium size office of about 60+ PC's.
I have 49 PC's on static LAN IP's 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.50. What I would like to ask is this. Is there a configuration or feature in pfsense that the other IP's ex 192.168.1.50 to 254 will not be able to ping IP addresses between 192.168.1.2 to 50?Thanks. Any help is highly appreciated

You don't say exactly how your network is configured, but I'll make a guess and say that all your PCs are connected together with one or more switches with one up-link to the pfsense LAN interface. If this is so, pfsense is not involved with the traffic between those PCs on your LAN and there is nothing you can tell pfsense that will influence that traffic.
If you had two different private networks connected to two different interfaces (LAN and OPT1) on pfsense, then what you seek is possible.
You might even be able to do this with only one private network by connecting 192.168.1.2-50 to the pfsense LAN port and then connecting 192.168.1.51-254 to an OPT interface that is bridged to the LAN interface.
