BTGuard and Transmission routing help

I have pfsense set up where it routes my transmission box through btguard openvpn and the rest of my clients through the wan. But sometimes the btguard connection drops due to outages and pfsense then routes transmission back through my wan I do not want this I rather it have no internet connection until btguard is back online.

How would I go about doing this?
