I think the best way is to create an internal/personal repo.

          very fast answer thanks ;)

is this a offline solution? it seams to me like an webserver with my own repo files and packages on it ?

we want it for case we have NO Internet and have to reinstall pfsense ;)
we make an image file from pfsense but when no internet connection is availble and we uses the pfsense package "backup files and directories" - in case of hdd crash - we need the package "backup files and directories" offline for restore in the gui for the noobs^^

          thanks a lot for helping

You will need to do it under the roof.

Backup packages tgz install and all xml files.

After that a manual restore (via console) of config.XML

Maybe there is another way that I don't know.
