      @jimp:

      It works fine on 2.1, at least it did every time I tested it. It also works fine for most people on 2.0.x. This isn't a general issue with the lightsquid package, so there isn't really anything to "fix". It's some odd combination of installed packages/files and ordering and who knows what, but most people have no problems with it.

      I didn't know whether I should start a new thread about it or not, but Lightsquid's perl components don't work at all on 2.1 since this commit.

        I saw someone (maybe you?) commented on that in github.

        It's probably worth opening a bug report for on http://redmine.pfsense.org

          Yeah, that was me. Not sure whether it should be under pfSense or under the pfSense Packages subcategory. I don't know how many other packages depend on perl CGI.

            Since the change was made in the pfSense code and not in tools or packages, it would go in the pfSense project in redmine.

            EDIT: Split this into its own topic since it's different enough and warranted its own thread.

              Thanks.

              Submitted to redmine here: http://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/2759

                This should be fixed on current snapshots dated 1/21 or later.
