Report on WEbpage visited by whom??

Is PFSense able to monitor and log websites visited and by which user.  And provide a report when necessary??

To identify users rather than IPs you need to have each user login. You can do that using a captive portal and radius authentication.
So, yes, but it's not something that happens by default and would require some work.

any idea on how you would go about doing this with an already active captive portal? I know we would need squid+CP in sort of way. Do you know what configuration it would take or what logs i can begin to look at?

You would need the captive portal to authenticate your users so that you have record of users against IPs. You can then use lightSquid to generate reports.
However I've never actually had to do it so I'm not the best person to ask.  ;)

There are some good posts here detailing it though I seem to remember.
