Packages wont reinstall

Hi.
i installed built on Thu Jan 31 12:41:59 EST 2013
and after that it hung when reinstalling the packages i see php is useing 100% of my cpu
at first didnt i think anything of it.. but after 10h php still use 100% and not done.i did try to stop the auto reinstall and do it on my own still de same anyone with the same problem
or was i just onlucky -
I just installed the Feb 1 01: <something>and the packages reinstalled fine on 3 systems. Could you list the packages you have installed?</something>
