Newbie question about routing

This is a newbie question, so please excuse.
One nic on my server running pfsense is on network A and another on network B. How do I enable traffic from Network A to flow through to network B.

-configure the interfaces for net-A & B (ip / subnet / …)
-create a firewall rules like this:

on net-a interface: allow any-to-net-B
on net-b interface: allow any-to-net-A

be sure your clients use pfsense as a gateway
