        Sticky Connections, perhaps…

System --> Advanced --> Miscellaneous: "Use sticky connections"

sounds like your going through a load balancer to get to your webmail and you dont share session data between the webservers.

What servers does the traffic pass through to get to your webmail?

I use gmail all the time with two load-balanced WANs and it never gives trouble. Hotmail used to have a hard time with multiwan but is now able to deal with it.

To avoid wan loadbalancing problems add a firewall rule the routes all traffic to affected sites via only one gateway. A policy based route.

                Steve

What email service are you trying to connect to?
