      1:when I download a file from wan server, I still get full speed 100Mbit/s?
      2:I can new two "qACK" in lan and wan. when new a rule,I can select "qACK" in queue,but which one it's? From wan or lan?
      3:I try to start in wizard, and define host 10.0.0.1 in lower priority.After finish the wizard, I can't find any rule or queue point to 10.0.0.1?

        question 1: sure, traffic shaping works in 2.0.2 release.

        1. Depends on what you limited the shaper to. If you shaped it to less than 100MBits, then it should not go over what you set by to much.
        2.Since is a floating rule it can apply to traffic in both directions.
        3. did you check the floating rules tab?

          question 1:
          in the first tips,I posted some screeshot to describe the question. but the link is dead.

          question 2:
          if I want to queue a link: source ip 192.168.2.2 from lan. how to set the floating rule?
          interface:lan    direction:in
          is it right?
          in the floating rule, interface default is unselect. So it have three value? 1 by unselect, 2 by wan, 3 by lan?
          I do many test in floating rule,but not work. :'(
          But I make rule in unfloatin rule,it work!

          question 3:
          I am very sure that it don't have anything point to the 10.0.0.1
          I test many many times!

            1: ah … see I never saw it. but o well.

            2: you have to setup 2 floating rules. the first one uses 192.168.2.2 to any, the second rule uses any to 192.168.2.2 so that traffic in both directions are covered.

            3: that is strange, I have run the wizard a few times and it has never not put in the correct rules. I will see if I can find a test 2.0.2 testbed and see what happens. You might have set to much bandwidth or something and the rule was disregarded. Did at least the penalty queue get setup?

              HI,I am so glad to see your reply.

              2.I still can't understand the floading.And how to chose the direction.
              I think the only different between floading rule and unfloading is the direction.
              can you describe more detail for the two rule.
              Interface,direction,ip,protocol,queue and so on.

              3:I try again and see a rule in lan like this:
              +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
              ID  Proto  Source  Port  Destination  Port   Gateway  Queue           Schedule  Description
                 *        *         *      *               *             *            qOthersLow         Penalty Box
              ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
              I except the "Source" should be "10.0.0.1"

              thanks

                Floating rules can apply to traffic in both directions. It depends on what you have set for source and destination.
                They are NOT quick rules. This means that last matching and not first matching rule wins.
